Bartender

10 Acres at The Pier, with it's ocean views, is hiring Bartenders! The right candidate is passionate about bartending, highly organized, detail-oriented, excels in a fast-paced environment and has a warm and welcoming presence. The schedule for this role is evenings/late night. The successful candidate must be available to work weekend nights. We are looking for someone with excellent bartending experience, in a high volume atmosphere. Must excel under pressure as we are one of the busiest year-round establishments in Victoria. Duties: • interact with guests & respond/anticipate to guest needs • mix drinks • maintain high cleaning standards of bar area • other duties as assigned Additional qualifications include but are not limited to: • highly personable & excellent guest relations • sales oriented • previous experience in a high volume restaurant an asset • detail and goal oriented • highly organized • reliable & responsible • must be available to work late nights and weekend This is a fast-paced and exciting job, unfortunately not for beginners.
