Position: Full Time Line Cook at The Rack Bistro. Work Details: • Full-time hours over 4 or 5 shifts weekly. • Day and Evening shifts. • No seasonal layoffs, consistently busy all year. • Two consecutive days off will be prioritized. • Work in a positive & lively non-corporate setting. Compensation & Benefits: • Pay ranges from $18-$22/hr depending on experience. • Tip pool ranging from $3.75 to $5.00. • Staff meal provided every shift. • Benefits offered after 3 months. • Flexible scheduling. • Discounts on food and alcohol. Qualifications & Requirements: • Kitchen experience is a must. • Preference for those with breakfast cooking experience. • Must be organized. • Strong communication skills required. • Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting. • Team player. • Must be positive, responsible, and punctual. • Open availability. • A valid Food Safe certificate is mandatory.
