RMT needed

Established practice in need of an RMT to see overflowing existing clientele. Our RMT has a closed book 3 months out and our office is looking for a second RMT who can take on our existing clientele as well as any new massage appointment requests, which we are getting everyday. All Care is a multidisciplinary health care centre located in the heart of downtown Langford, with close ties to the community and a long-term reputation for quality of care. Our neighbourhood is growing at a rapid rate, with our office at the core of one of the fastest growing cities in Canada and a new university opening next door in 2025. While our office is busy, we maintain a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Our staff are friendly, experienced, and well trained to provide the outstanding patient care that we are known for in our community.   Qualifications: - Must be a member in good standing of The College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC Required Skills: - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - A compassionate, accepting approach to our diverse client base. - Reliable, professional and collaborative teamwork. Experience is an asset. However, if you are a recent graduate, we can provide training, support, and mentorship at your request for you to grow your practice quickly and comfortably. Your Responsibilities: - Hands-on care - Electronic chart noting - ICBC and DVA report submissions where required We Offer: - Part-time or full-time. - Flexible shift options, including days, evenings, and weekends. - Your treatment room will be your own. - We value individual needs for work-life balance. - Your shifts, breaks, and time off will be set to your own preferences.   - New clients as well as access to our portfolio of clients, and practitioner referrals.   - Fully staffed administration team, including front desk and specialists. - Booking, invoicing, reception, direct billing, marketing, bookkeeping, and collections are all handled for you by our professional support staff. - Direct billing to WorkSafe, ICBC, MSP, Military, RCMP, DVA and many private insurance companies.
