Volunteer Health Care Advocate

Hi, I am looking for a health care advocate with telephone and experience with health system to help me address persisting illness in urinary track and ear problems who can help make appointments for me and advocate for me. I am a 54 years old recently unemployed male after 30 years self employed starting to fall through cracks. -Clear Honest Communicator -Have telephone ( I don't) -Good with I.T. -Advocate on my behalf -Support my social health, privacy and autonomy. -Have a few hours to spare and would like to be helpful.
