Saturday April 26, 2025 is Dean Park Estates, North Saanich Garage Sale Day!

Dean Park Estates in North Saanich is only allowed to have garage sales ONCE A YEAR, and for 2025 that day is Saturday April 26th. This now legendary local event brings thousands of vehicles, people and dogs from near and far to our quiet neighbourhood, so expect huge crowds and even some traffic jams! It's so popular that the RCMP is notified and is usually on patrol due to the tremendous increase in traffic and people to our otherwise uncrowded streets. Official open hours are 9AM to 2PM, but previous years had shoppers before 8AM until almost 5PM so 8591 SANSUM PARK DRIVE will be open by 8AM rain or shine until people stop coming. If you've never been to the Dean Park garage sale before, don't miss out on an unforgettable day of bargain hunting that only happens once a year. Come once and you'll never miss it again and will look forward to it just like Christmas day. We provide shopping bags for our customers but we highly recommend you also bring your own because you're probably going to have your hands full quite soon.
