This swivel mount brings inboard your downrigger for docking or trailering. Swivel is in great condition and works as it should. Someone has added a Scotty optional rope/wire jam cleat on the side that does not interfere with any function. You have the choice of the standard Scotty mounting hardware or the anti theft mounting hardware. The lower mounting plate is included. I have 2 available at reduced price of $65.00 each.
