Bought this for our recent kitchen reno. Works perfectly - but it has a higher cfm rate than our previous fan and I found it a little too loud for our kitchen / living room open space. There was a no return policy after installation ( how else was I supposed to know how loud it was??). This is a quality fan - my cost was over $800 after taxes. It was only installed for a few weeks before I took it down and put it back in the box. Our loss your gain. Manual and original packaging included.
