Brand new. Today's price at Walmart is 188.15 including PST and GST. Best Buy has it on sale only until April 5 at 161.27 including taxes. Purchased at Mother Computers many months ago as I needed to access a file on an older desktop for which I no longer had a monitor. Paid well over $200 including taxes, took it home, then remembered I had a backup with it on an older laptop. Didn't take everything out of the box until posting this ad.
