$2000 - Cemetery Plots

Two side by side traditional burial plots at Hatley Memorial Gardens. Each single depth space in the lovely Colwood Garden- Block G for the interment of up to five people; each plot can accommodate a traditional casket, and up to four urns. This portion of Hatley Gardens allows for either bronze plaque or granite stone flat memorial markers. Present value for each plot is $5,185+GST. Asking $2000 each , or $1800 each if you wish to purchase both within the same transaction. No applicable tax. There is a $315+GST Owner to Owner transfer fee, which the buyer will pay directly to Hatley during a brief meeting to finalize paperwork with myself, Bruce Simpson of Hatley, and the purchaser.
