FREE: economics textbook

Public Finance and Public Policy, 7th ed (currently taught) by MIT prof Jonathan Gruber. Shockingly comprehensive (760 pages) and expensive (was $400 new!) economics textbook. Purchased for a since-abandoned but still currently taught Economics for Public Policy graduate-level university course. It was an outrageous personal investment that I prefer not to think about.
