Sad to sell our beautiful king bed but we've downsized and it no longer fits our space. This is a platform bed that will accommodate a standard King size mattress (80 inches long by 76 wide). No box spring is needed. Has two large storage drawers at the foot end — 32” wide x 24” long x 7" deep, with dovetail construction. It has a curved headboard, and the frame extends 5” to accommodate the drawers. This makes the overall length of the bed frame 87" with a width of 80." This is a high bed measuring 19 inches from the floor to the platform. If you prefer a lower bed, the legs can be easily removed for an overall height of 12” to the platform. (Frame can sit on floor without affecting operation of drawers). Easy to assemble with 10 screws for the platform support slats and eight bolts for the headboard.
