$11,500 · 2008 Keystone Cougar Travel Trailer with Solar Power

Hello! I am offering my 2008 Keystone Cougar Travel Trailer for sale. It has been my full time home-sweet-home for 2 years and comes complete with a well-functioning solar power system, ready for off-grid living. It’s been a good adventure for me! Lots of changes in my life now, so it is time to move on. Here are the details: RV is 30ft long, 2 slides (3.5 ft x 12ft, & 3.5 ft by 6ft). Previous owner did some reno’s removing built in furniture, new flooring in the main living area. This, plus the slides, make it quite spacious and homey. You can make the space “yours”. I may have some furniture available if you wish. The “back” of the trailer and slide area I used mostly as an art studio. It could use new flooring (There is some left over from the previous owners reno). Storage space is good throughout the trailer. Stove, oven, fridge/freezer work well. There is no microwave. I did not use the hot water tank, as I had no running water in my location. I was told by previous owner it worked fine. I have not used the toilet ( still there as it was and was used by the previous owner). I had a separate compost toilet on the property. The propane furnace works great! It was my only source of heat. (I had it checked by an RV technician in the last 6 months). I had propane delivery and a larger tank set up , which is much easier than hauling and filling smaller propane tanks yourself. You could easily continue that yourself , if you wish. SOLAR EQUIPMENT ($5 000.00 value approx) The solar equipment is fully installed in one end of the basement storage. I have insulated the storage compartment to help with better winter use. For daily use/functioning the equipment is conveniently accessed from the bedroom hatch.
