Ideally hoping for a 1 bedroom, above ground space in a clean, bright, healthy, peaceful and respectful environment. Deck/yard access and maybe even some garden space if available would be ideal. Require parking for 1 hybrid (not a plugin) car and space to store my e-bike. Air conditioning available or permitted is a must. 10-20 minutes driving distance to Duncan preferred, but if it is the right fit for everyone involved, I would seriously consider going further afield.
