Shared kitchen and living room with 2 other female adults. One of us works full-time from home. We are seeking another female who is quiet and respectful. There is also 1 cat and 1 small dog in the household aswell. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to bus stops and grocery stores. Can ask about an extra parking spot if needed. The room is available for $1000 plus a 3rd of the Hydro, Fortis gas and internet, depending on usage a month with everything included.
