$1,025 · One bedroom available in three bedroom house

We have a cozy furnished bedroom available in our shared 3 bedroom 2 bath house starting February 15 or March 1 (earlier is possible). Room could be unfurnished if needed. $1025 per month, including all utilities, internet and household supplies. $510 deposit. Female preferred. We are already at our maximum of 3 cats, so unfortunately we can't take on any more pets at the moment. The house is in a safe, peaceful, well established neighborhood in the high Quadra area. A leisurely walk to the #6 bus. The room is clean, bright and has a door to the outside. It's furnished with a double bed, dresser, nightstand and closet. The bathroom for this room is shared with one other clean tidy person. Bed linens provided. Free washer/dryer just a few steps away from the bedroom. Your other two housemates would be one tech professional (female) and one post-secondary student (male). We're a mellow, non-party, non-judgemental, LGBT friendly household. We're Looking for someone similar who is easy going, friendly, likes and respects animals, responsible, independent and fairly tidy. Suitable for a student or young professional. References required.
