We are Alison and Logan, relocating to Victoria in spring 2025. A bit about ourselves: Alison is an RMT, educator and author. Logan is a retired school director and screenwriter. Outside of our careers, we enjoy writing, foreign films, and walking in nature. We are pet-free, non-smokers and non-drinkers. We are planning to move to Victoria March 1, 2025, and are seeking a 2-bedroom (or large 1 bedroom + den) with all amenities for a minimum 1-year lease term. Our budget is $2,400. Our preferred neighbourhoods are James Bay, Fairfield, Fernwood, and Oak Bay. As previous home owners, we enjoy caring for our spaces. We are happy to provide excellent references upon request.
