Retired carpenter/woodworker/cabinet maker seeking one bedroom basement suite, cottage, cabin or w.h.y. in the Royal Oak area, near the pool preferred. Am willing to trade minor upgrades, repairs and/or maintenance for reduced rent, as CPP and OAS don't pay much. Prefer long term with the right people and situation.
