I would prefer to leave the bed frame and mattress, you can have them for free. Bike parking is free, underground parking available for $100 a month and storage for $50 (there is currently a waitlist for storage spaces) but there is ample street parking and a car loaning service right outside the door. Steps away from a grocery store, cafe, liquor store, restaurants, bus stops, etc.
