I'm looking for a roommate who is a responsible and empathetic individual. I currently live alone with my cat so I'm seeking a roommate who understands the need to maintain a safe and stress free space. Only one pet is allowed at this time. Apartment is carpeted with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom spaces. Bedroom comes equipped with a bed, desk and closet for clothes and storage. Common area has a TV and Soundbar, lounge chairs with reclining couch and bookshelf. Kitchen space includes stove, fridge, air fryer, kettle, toaster, grill, instant pot and food processor. In addition, it is well equipped for most cooking/baking needs. Laundry is available in a locked room on the main floor with washing and drying for $2 each. I work regularly so when I come home it is a time to rest and recover. Pastimes include watching movies, gaming, building lego, completing puzzles and cooking.
