We will be returning to the unit in June 2025, so there will not be an opportunity to extend the term of rent. The unit is located in downtown Victoria walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. The unit does not face the street and is on the quiet side of the building. There is in-suite laundry, an apartment dishwasher, and a storage locker included. There is an option to rent an underground secure parking spot for an additional fee. There is also a sit/stand desk and monitor. Some items in the photos such as art and other small personal items will be removed before renting. There is an option to remove the desk in the bedroom.
