Wanted - Townhouse (Stoneywood Lane / Broadmead)

Quiet, retired couple looking to purchase a townhouse (funding in place & timeline flexible). We’re specifically interested in townhouses at Stoneywood Lane (possibly 530 or 520 Marsett Place, or other complexes in Broadmead or South Valley Drive area without recreational amenities). Layout needed: Main floor entry with primary living spaces (including primary bed) on main. Bonus space down preferred. Must have a double garage. If driveway parking not allowed, a bit of suitable space on lower level for small workshop.
