Townhouse Wanted – Stoneywood or South Valley Drive Area

We are a quiet, retired couple who have recently sold our house in Saanich and want to buy a townhouse (will have cash in hand in early April). We’re specifically interested in: Stoneywood Lane, or one of the complexes in the South Valley Drive area of Strawberry Vale (possibly 530 or 520 Marsett Place as well). Specific layout we’re looking for is: main floor entry with primary living space (including primary bed) on the main floor. Bonus space down. Must have a double garage. If driveway parking not allowed, a bit of suitable space on lower level for workshop area. We do have a realtor lined up to call on if it is not a private seller situation.
