They are made of porcelain or ceramic with a glazed finish and gold-painted bands around the rim. Designs: Each thimble features a different nature-themed decoration, including various flowers, birds (like a cardinal), and one with the text "HOME SWEET HOME". Origin/Age: Similar sets have been identified as vintage items, sometimes made in Taiwan.
