
Hello, I am making real tourtiere this holiday season. None of my family members are hunting anymore, so I don't have access to venison and moose meat. If you do have either or both, around 2lbs roast each, and are selling, let me know. If instead of selling - and if you have enough - I can make you a 12lbs tourtiere as well with if you have plenty of meat! The traditional recipe asks for 2lbs of each: moose, venison, and pork to bring some fat into the mix. Otherwise I have to use beef, lamb, and pork. And no, this tourtiere is not the meat pie that you may be familiar with! Can pick up anywhere on the island. Thank!
