Mint and completely refurbished. It was fully disassembled and maintained when I bought it a year ago. Everything works perfectly. It sounds like warm analog. These particular multitracks are sought after for their ability to slow down and speed up recordings. Mkgee uses one as a preamp for his guitar and lots of engineers use them for tuning drum samples. There is even a VST plugin of thos very deck. Of course its also a kick ass cassette player with a logic transport. Record your next album or just listen to your best tapes. I only bought it to recover some old 4 track masters I had from my youth. Included is the factory manual and a brand new official Tascam master tape. I have a ton of fresh tapes available separately.
