$1,000 · Beautiful Heritage Main Floor home shared with one or two roomies

Hey Folks! Offering one or two rooms in this beautiful space come February 1st. Rent would be between $1000-$1300 depending on if you'd prefer to split the apartment two ways (having a shared office and art space) or three. The house is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Oaklands — just a short stroll from Fernwood, Jubilee Hospital, and Camosun College, where you can enjoy your tea in the Spirit Garden next to the house. Perks? A garden, easy/free street parking, basement storage, and a claw-foot tub where you can soak while gazing at our backyard jungle - perfect for a slow, restorative soak. Room can come with the use of simple furniture (bed, dresser, shelf) if needed. :) I’m looking for someone who values a peaceful home: clean, considerate, employed, and content with quiet nights but not too early mornings. If you enjoy shared spaces that stay tidy and the kind of conversation that knows when to pause, then this place will feel like home. Sadly no (additional) pets or smokers as I'm allergic.
