Company Description: Michael Mason & Co. Ltd. is a locally owned, fast paced manufacturing company offering promotional products to the automotive industry. We cover most of BC, Alberta and areas throughout North America. Requirements: • Office administrative experience would be preferred, however, not required (on the job training provided) • Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent English) are a must • Time management / multi-tasking skills • Ability to improvise and work well under pressure • Attention to detail • Reliable and hard working • Team player and ability to work independently Job Duties: The front end reception handles: • Customer inquiries (by multi-line phone system, email, online website) • Order taking • Data entry • Collection of payments • Ordering in product • Proof Reading • Emailing • Filing • Working with Excel and Word • Working with Simply Accounting Please email cover letter and resume to office@michaelmason.ca The hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with off-street secure parking The position is full time and available immediately.
