Available November 1, 2025. Hi, I’m looking for a room mate. I have a fully furnished bedroom available in a 3bdr 1.5 bath house (not a basement suite) that I‘m renting out short to mid-term, flexible dates. The house is located in beautiful Gordon Head near UVic and Mt. Doug, with direct Bus routes to UVic (#12, #39), Camosun Interurban (#39) and Victoria Downtown (#27, #28). The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk and 50inch TV. The room also comes with internet, streaming services and all other utilities included. I‘m late 30s, originally from Europe and the only other person living in the space. I love the outdoors and am easy going, but prefer a quieter home. I have a small dog part time (2-3months on and off), see pics. I‘m renting the furnished all inclusive room weekly ($600) or monthly ($1.400 single or $1.600 double occupancy).
