Delivery possible for extra 45 to your parking lot or driveway. You will need to unload it. Metal frame is extra 30. However, the mattress is 11”Not sure if you need frame. We had wool mattress pad from the day 1, so you can make sure nobody slept on it without cover. Clean/healthy house. No smokers in the house.
