The lease should be at least 9 months and up to 12 months and more if you want ( ALL negotiable) and after that it is on month to month rental basis. The house rules strictly have to be followed. The bus routes are: Bus stop bus #26 (1.5 min. walk away) and goes straight to University of Victoria (convenient) and to uptown ( very convenient and in about 10 mins.). Bus stop bus #24 (2 min. walk away) and goes to Camosun College with just 1 exchange at the interchange bus stop of Bus #21 (5 min. short destination route) to Camosun College. Bus stop bus #14 (4 min. walk away) and goes straight to downtown in about 8 minutes shortly (convenient and short journey). Bus stop bus #25 (have to walk a bit) goes all the way to downtown in about 10 minutes shortly (convenient). The biking trails along the beautiful coast are nearby, also walking and strolling along the trails are easy to find and convenient.
