Grapes are now ready. U-pick from now until the weekend. Price is $25 a standard sheetrock bucket (20-25 pounds) of grapes. Varietal is Ortega (seeded white grape). Sugars are coming in 18-19 Brix. We expect to pull all the fruit over the weekend. We are not certified organic but follow organic and regenerative farming practices. No fungicides, pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers used on the farm. Grapes dry farmed (not irrigated). Vines approx. 25 years old. If you need help processing (crush, destem, press) we will be running equipment one day this weekend and can run your fruit through. A sheet rock bucket of grapes = 5 liters of pressed juice.
