Located in Shawnigan village, a 10 minute walk to village shops, food, post office, pharmacy and more. Rent a single bedroom for $2000 per month or rent 2 bedrooms for $2600/m. Each BR has a Queen size bed. Kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, family room, large deck, laundry room, 2 bathrooms but one bathroom is in owners ensuite bedroom for owner only. Storage available in the garage. Electricity supplied at cost by meter, free Wi-Fi. Renter will need a police check. Please go to Shawnigan RCMP or an other RCMP detachment for a "Police Information Check" it's free. Renters will also need a guarantor to pay rent if the tariffs cause unemployment.
