Young professional hoping to rent a room in the house I am currently living in. This is a newly renovated character home near uptown mall complete with parking, a nice back yard with a deck & gazebo im currently paying $3400 (everything included) it’s well worth it when you see it in person but I’m hoping to cut it in half or thirds. About me. I am a carpenter in his mid 20s who’s constantly working, I’m quiet, clean, and super laid back, in the winter I’m a bit of a hermit but in the summer I spend most of my time camping.
