Help with laptop

Is there someone who won’t charge me as much as a computer repair shop to make this fixable again for my grandma? I think it was running Windows 10? Maybe. Was quoted a minimum of $150 but for that, maybe I should just buy her a tablet or something. If this is probably an easy fix that you’d be willing to do for less please let me know! Thank you.
