Looking for a female roommate to share a bright, furnished, above-ground basement suite! The suite features: • Shared bathroom • In-suite washer/dryer • Dishwasher and full kitchen with gas stove • Large fenced backyard with a gazebo Rent: $1200 (utilities included; internet not included, but I pay $75 and we can share the cost) Location: University Heights, near UVic (3 min drive, 10 min transit) Your room: Furnished with a Queen bed, desk and nightstand - can also come unfurnished About me: I work full-time and have a Husky/Shepherd mix named Luna. She’s 3 years old, playful and the sweetest so we’d love to find a pet-friendly roommate :) I’m vegetarian, so it would also be awesome to find someone with similar eating habits, but it’s not a dealbreaker! :) About the house: The landlord lives upstairs and has two dogs. She’s super friendly, quiet, respectful of our space, and always helpful. Looking for a 6-month to 1-year lease.
