Looking for live-in land maintenance person to tend fields and lawns of a 23 acre farm, and for property maintenance. Some equipment (tractor, implements, lawn tractor) provided. Remuneration: partial coverage of rent for house (market value $3500 monthly) Time commitment: 8 hours of work per week, plus $1500 per month rent House: 3 floor, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, detached double garage - entire house, double garage and about half acre of outdoor space included in rent MUST have experience, references and insurance
