Ok you've heard it over & over but if you don't ask you don't receive .....we are a couple 55 & 60 self employed Landscaping & Handyman business We are absolutely fed up dealing with this new normal of   pay your rent & tolerate poorly maintained & managed apartment buildings. Property management companies that go after tenants if they complain about anything. I live in a building where they refuse to address the smoking in common areas. The cleaners only clean the front entrance area. Have never seen high touch door handles etc cleaned. The stress from all that goes on as well is ruining the quality of our lives. High rent increases yearly. Construction next door has gone on 2 years & counting. The water is turned off weekly as they renovate empty suites. Seems like a fire alarm walk through our apartment every 3 months. There is no peaceful enjoyment since investment companies have taken over renting We were renovicted from our large apartment & paying   almost triple our last rent. Unacceptable. We are an OCD   clean couple who live a quiet life. Previous homeowners priced out of the market. We help all our neighbors around us. We believe in community. We have dogs that are with us 24/7 never left alone to bark or misbehave 1-2 bedroom Please no basement suites Under $1800 Thank you for your consideration
