Selling a lovely lot of books written by, and about, the great Winston Churchill. Includes the sought after and collectible 6-volume set of his history of world war 2. Also includes an abridgement of the set titled Memoirs of the Second World War, a biography, The Last Lion, his book collecting his great speeches (Blood, Sweat, and Tears). Also included is a Folio Society book (missing the slipcase) - Five Days in London, which is a well-written, historical analysis of five very important days in May 1940 as Churchill and the British War Cabinet debated steps to be undertaken concerning Hitler, Nazi Germany and the approaching invasion of England. Lastly, a nice oversized book on Winston Churchill housed in a nice slipcase. Pick up is in Sannich close to the ICBC plaza off McKenzie Ave. (not far from Quadra/McKenzie).
