An original DAM troll doll created by Thomas Dam (1915-1989), a Danish woodworker and fisherman. Dam designed and invented the original troll doll also known as the "Good Luck Troll". Dam trolls are collectors' items; the Victoria and Albert Museum in London have one in their collection. Approximately 7” high, including hair (body alone is about 2”), with Icelandic wool, magenta coloured hair, glass eyes, and a plastic body. Has “©️64” on its back. In good condition. I haven’t cleaned it as I don’t want to affect its age/patina. Cross-posted. Delivery to Victoria or Saanich Peninsula may be possible with e-transfer payment.
