Used moderately over 3 summers in Victoria Stored properly in heated basement over the winters. Still pumps cold air like it did when we first got it. Includes remote control with A/C, dehumidifier and simple fan settings. Includes all accessories for window mounting of the exhaust pipe. Will need a length of pipe for water to drain into your bucket.
