I got this trailer a long while back, and my plans changed. This is a very heavy-duty trailer frame. Steel rod deck is 64" wide x 12' long with an overall length of 16' and total outer fender width of 84" Center of springs 55" if you wanted to put on new axles and make it an Amazing trailer. No papers, just the same as I got it!
