Newtonian telescope with 3" Ø primary mirror *762mm Focal Length *Standard Diameter eyepiece socket *cedar tripod *4X finder scope Main mirror has a small chip on the edge, but this doesn't affect image quality at all. The tube is a little battered, but the optics work fine - image is bright, clear and sharp. Eyepiece tube is standard diameter will accept all std eyepieces - a bright Plossl eyepiece is included. While basic, this is a real, functional telescope, suitable for astronomical viewing such as the upcoming Mars-Venus conjunction, and light enough to pack on a hike. I've taken lots of pictures through it by simply holding my iPhone lens up to the eyepiece.
