Lower metal housing is fine. Includes a fairly new thermostat, and sensor. DO NOT rely on the upper plastic housing though. It started leaking a month or so ago and despite retorquing it, the leaks continued. So if you buy this you'll need to also buy another metal upper housing (the exit hose) or a new plastic upper hose. I'd avoid that option though, as you're only likely to get a couple of years out of it, like we discovered. This probably works with later years, post 2005 but you'll have to do your homework. And my son's engine was a V6. Cash only plse.
