Here's a great cheesemaker. Plug this into the wall outlet. Then plug your old freezer or fridge into the connection (3rd picture), and the thermostat shuts off the freezer (or fridge) when it drops to exactly the right temperature for making cheese. The wire is run through the door opening and is thin enough that it won't interfere with the door seal. Best used with a little chest freezer (you can usually get those free on usedvictoria).
