Precision Sails Precision Sails is looking for a talented and motivated inside sales representative to reach out to potential customers who have requested a quote. No cold calls required! All leads are very warm and require quality, consultative follow up to assist in making an informed buying decision. This role is an office-based role (not retail) focused on telephone, screen sharing appointments and email correspondence. About Us www.PrecisionSailloft.com is an internet based independent sail loft that sells, designs, builds and delivers sailboat sails worldwide. Our rapid growth is due to the implementation of modern technology and marketing techniques to generate leads, manage the sales process, organize designs, manufacture and deliver the finished product effectively. We help people purchase the sails they need not sell them something they don’t want. Hours of Work: 8:00 - 4:00 pm Generally, Monday through Friday Overtime and weekends when required during busy seasons. Inside Sales - Responsibilities Act as the primary contact person for sailors who have requested a quote for new sails Interact with clients via phone, email, screen sharing to educate and consult on cloth choice and sail design Utilize Zoho CRM to make notes, set follow up reminders to ensure all information is accessible to all departments Reach out, coordinate and involve appropriate internal to help resolve client or account executive issues Manage client orders, communication, Process orders through our productions process Process initial payments Assist with marketing opportunities as needed Requirements Inside sales experience an asset Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including customer service abilities High attention to detail Ability to multi-task through changing environment and priorities Exceptional computer skills, CRM, Google Workspaces, Video Conference Software Nice To Haves Prefer talking to customers instead of co-workers Consultative style of sales Experience with CRM systems Sailing experience or a desire to become a sailor Additional Information Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
