Dimensions of box and cargo approx 6'10" x 13' Dimensions of full closed trailer approx 6'10" x 17' Dimensions of open unit not including step or awning is 6'10" x 20 feet.   Non smokers. Had 2 small dogs but not even a dog hair can be seen. Google says she has a dry weight of 2300 lbs.
