Unit is fully furnished and includes a shared laundry with upstairs. Heat, utilities and internet are included. Bus stop in front of the house with easy access to Uvic, Camosun and downtown. Available for rent starting in Aug/Sept. Ideally we prefer a quiet female student or long term renter. Room mates are responsible for keeping the downstairs area clean. Absolutely no partying, smoking, vaping or Drug use on the premises. Parking is included but limited to one vehicle. We require an in-person meeting and would prefer some references.
