The home has two levels - Each level has its own kitchen and washroom. The upper living room, laundry and most of the yard is shared (exception being the private patio - that is designated for the patio room student only). Rooms available : 1 Lovely premium large bedroom with its own large private patio: $1300 (includes all utilities except cable) with single bed, multiple closets and shelving options, desk & chair and a reclining lounge chair with ottoman. 1 bedroom with lots of natural lighting: $1100 inclusive with a single bed, closet with hanging and shelving options, a desk & chair. Every room has a keyed locking door and allergen and bug proof mattress protectors are used on all bed sets. You may use the bedding that is on the beds or bring your own. Bring your own towels.
