$1,500 · Roommates wanted

I am renting a lovely, unfurnished 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home near Lochside School in July. I had two roommates lined up and they have told me that they are no longer able to move in. The rent is $4500 plus utilities. There are 2 bedrooms available that would share a large bathroom. If one person wanted to move in, the rent would be split in half. If two people move in, it would be split by three. The yard work is maintained by the owner. About me: I am a mature woman, a former teacher who is presently working from home on all things literary. I enjoy spending time with others and also value my self time. I am looking for a person or two people who are responsible and respectful, and would be interested in living in a house like this. I am not necessarily looking for new best friends, and yet it would be lovely if that happened. Please reply by sharing a bit about yourself.
