The room includes a Queen Bed with a dresser, two tables and a tower fan with ample room for storage in the closet as well as a large kitchen shared equally with the other roommate who is a cook and does not spend a lot of time in the living room or kitchen. There is a large sized patio for use and in-suite laundry (washer/dryer) The roommate has a mini fridge for his own items. The main fridge can be shared equally or depending on the roommate can be mostly yours to use. Quiet hours to be respected after 10pm.
